Do you ship?
      Most of the time, we do! Please note that shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price.
      To identify which items you can have shipped to your district you will want to find an item on our website and open the page for it. On that item page, you may see a red link between the item name and description that says "This item ships to select district." If you click that, you will see a list of districts that the item can ship to. If you don't see that link, then the item is available to ship anywhere!
ORDERS
      For Pre-Orders, am I charged at the time of purchase or when the item ships? I placed an order several business days ago. Where is my item?
      All payments are processed at the time of purchase. Any items ordered with a reorder will not ship until all items are in stock. Reach out to us and we will be happy to split off any in stock items for an extra shipping fee.
How to initiate a Return
      To initiate a return, please reach out to us within a few days to process a replacement for your product. Here’s how to get started:
      Email a photo/video clip of the damaged product to us.
      Once damage is confirmed, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Send the product back in its original packaging or whatever packaging you have handy.
      As soon as you drop it off, contact us ASAP so we can set up a replacement or refund. Your replacement will get sent out in several business days (based on inventory).
